Hunger and Thirst script

Hi, i'm looking for a script that will give the screen two guages either in the menu or on the screen for to show the level of hunger and thirst of the main character that goes down with time and can be raised by eating or drinking respectively. If either run out, its game over. Though the script isn't necissary(sp) to the game i want to make, it would certainly help. Thanks to whoever finds/makes me this script
