Please help edit sprite

[Mana Child]

can someone help me fix this sprite I worked on for the animated battlers on RPG Maker XP? It was my first sprite I ever made, and I would like to use it for one of my games. Here are the problems:

1. It moves back and forth in the standby mode(before the ATB fills)
2. It is rather big and bulky.
3. It's shading is wrong (way off).
4. It's poses are rather lacking in... originality...
5. It is awful in itself...

can someone fix any number of these problems...  but mostly the first one...

(Please let me know if you are using it or fixing it, though I don't know why anyone would... it's THAT horrible
