How do you make the boat go under the bridge? [Resolved]

I am working on a game with a friend now and we couldn't get the boat to go under the bridge. Does anyone know how to get this to work. We tried using the same map copied with the bridge as the above hero star. That worked but it wouldn't change back and then we wouldn't be able to cross the bridge!!

I...don't really know anything about 2k/2k3 stuff... but if it's anything like eventing in VX or XP, then you can create a graphic event or a series of graphic events with 2 pages, each the same bridge graphic. Then line either side of the bridge with blank events and if player touches those blank events, then the bridge pieces become graphics above the character. Then at each end of the bridge (not in the water) if the player touches, then all the bridge pieces become graphics below the player.

I Just got it to work. I just went around it the stupid way. Now i can fix this issue in my other game!
