Goliath Overdrive 120 pics error

so I've been trying to get this to work. and i keep coming up with this error. any clue to what i need to do to get this working. im trying to get to get past the 20 picture cap. the patch is "installed" but im unsure to why i can't put say picture 21 on my screen.
did i install it wrong? it works for rm2k3.right?

I've also used the reshack as well  as hyperpatcher 2 to get the values to 120-9999 and still no dice ;"{



Some edits. okay i've used cherry's stuff as well and im stumped. i used version 1.4 and 1.8 and i keep getting the same error. i've tried everything. im pulling my hair out. im using vista as well. and i just don't know what the heck to do  about this.
