I'm trying to make an even where theres an item in a bucket, at the end I put "switch operation" command and make the new page and select the switch box, but the event doesnt even happen, when I delete the switch operation command and delete the second page the event happens and I can keep getting the item out of the bucket which I dont want.

Same issue with an event where a character is standing on a bridge in a village, I have the event set up below the character, when you walk on the bridge theres a conversation between the hero and the other character.  Event has no problem running when I test it when I dont have the switch operation thing set up when I add that stuff, event doesnt happen.

Sorry about this but I forgot to put something.

I have an event starting the game set up where the main character is killing a slime.  I have the switch operation command set up for that event and it works fine.

Are you using a switch you have already previously turned on?

In your initial event, you have already turned on switch 1, make sure the second page of your other events are set on different switches since 1 is already on.

Sonic Dog -> Light Spear -> Overlimit -> Slash
Modern Algebra's probably right, but just in case, make sure your event looks something like this:

Spoiler for Page 2:

Ok thank you.  Couple of questions, am I supposed to put resolved in the title of my threads that I create after the question has been answered or does an admin do that?

Second.  How do I make an event appear on map only after a certain other event has happened.  I want a person to be standing outside the house and have an event happen only after you have entered the house and rested or something.  How do I make it so that if you just walk into the house but walk right back out theres no one outside the house and the event doesnt happen?

switches again.
let's say you want event A to appear after you do B
make event A's first page blank, then make a second event page that is triggered by a switch.
activate the switch at the end of B
viola solved.

also, it's easier if you put resolved in the first post, but mods do it too.
