Special attack won't work(2k) [RESOLVED]

In my game I'm making,my main character doesn't learn moves from leveling up,he learns them from books(Also,is there way to change the name of item types?)There is this one move,it works fine when he only knows it,or one other move,but if he has three moves,this one won't work.Any ideas?

Edit:Nevermind,I've figured it out.I think.
I guess it was because the skill couldn't work unless the weapon I had equip had the same attribute as it.
