I was wondering if it was able if after you use a weapon so many times u learn a new special skill...like if FF7...after you use the weapon enough you learn a new move...is it possible?

er, there's a script for that. I know there's one for VX, but I don't know about XP. I haven't used XP is a while now to keep up with the current scripts. Your best bet is to look around for a script.
