Alright, first off I should say, I've been waiting for this guy, cmpsr2000, to return to his topic or reply to any of my messages for 6 or more months now. His script is incredible. It only has 2 errors. It just so happens that both of them occur with exactly what I need. The Bank Vault.
Also, I should note that his script is from:
http://www.rpgrevolution.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14016and can only be found there. (Except for his demo here, which will be gone from here when this is fixed.)
I don't know if anyone is familiar with the Shopoholic script, but if you are then you know how large it is. If not, I attached cmpsr2000's demo to this post.
I don't have a great deal of scripting knowledge so I don't even know where the hell to start changing things.
To get to my point. I only need the 'Bank Vault' portion of the script. I don't want options to deposit money or make an account or do anything like that. I just want a bank vault to store a certain number of items.
So 4 parts to this.
1. What do I remove, or change, to leave me with a working Bank Vault. I don't want any skill shops, advanced shops, etc. I don't even want the option to make an account and deposit and loans and crap. Just...a Bank Vault.
2. If you run the demo, and get used to the bank vault, you'll see you can buy more storage boxes. This is where I get the first error. If you buy the maximum number of storage boxes, you'll still have the
option to buy another. If you
do attempt to buy another storage box after you have bought the maximum number, I get this error:
3. Again if you run the demo, and get used to the bank vault, you'll obviously notice the fact you can deposit items ._. The problem is, if you deposit every item in your inventory into the bank vault, you still have the
option to deposit more items. So if you select the option to deposit another item and select a blank slot from your inventory, you get
this error:
4. I don't want to be able to buy boxes at all. How am I able to remove that option? I just want to set the max and let it go. (
I think that if I get rid of this option, it would fix problem #2.)
Ok. So I don't think there are any other issues with this script that would affect me.
