Inquisitor Interior Tileset help

I love both of Inquisitor's tilesets (interior and exterior), but after going through and setting the passability and everything, when I try to use the interior tiles, the background color of the tile shows up. For example, putting a light on the wall (using a different layer, of course), results in a white background around the light on a pink wall. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry if this is an obvious fix, I'm still learning.

Edit: Nevermind. I didn't have the transparencies set right.
