Help me! Tiles are not showing?!!?

ok so im new to rmk2003 and im trying to make insides of shops and inns BUT the tiles of lower and upper layer aren't showing! can someone help me?

What do you mean  by that? There is one specific tile which is pink and is an eraser, and the rest are tables, chairs etc
there are no "floor tiles"

no i dont have the pink eraser on, i have the floor tiles on but the upper tiles like chairs etc are not showing, i really dont know why they show in rpg maker but not when i test play

Weird, I can't seem to emulate your problem... If anything, I'd say reinstall RpgMaker and that should fix your dilemma. If not, maybe post a screenshot of what's going on, cause I could possibly be thinking of a totally different problem than you actually have.

ok you might be getting my question wrong BUT do you see the upper tiles (beds tables chairs plants etc....) THOSE are not showing, my event man shows and the tiles show but not the upper tiles in the game for some reason, idk why yet. thats what i need help with

That's really bizarre... I tried again to get that to happen, but all I came up got rid of everything, man behind the counter included. It's probably not the problem, but check if your floor tile is a circle or a star.

i have no idea, im prob just gonna start all over, im noob at this so yea

Yeah, just reinstall RpgMaker create a new game, that problem should go away.
