Blank Tilesets

I haven't touched my project in a while, and when I started up, I noticed two things:

My game's title was replaced by "Untitled", and the tilesets where blank.
Anybody know why?
I just got a new computer recently, and I'm using the legal version, not a pirated version. I also have RGSS-RTP installed.

May be some compatibility issues, if you're using Vista run it as an Administrator, and also try XP compatibility mode.

It turns out for some odd reason, the resources (default) where missing. FIxed.
But another problem...When I try to do a test run, it gives me "Failed to create process."
I'm using WinXP.
