Script Request - 4/8 Directional Flashlight

Hi! Sorry if this has come up before, but I am in desperate need of a script which enables a sort of torch light effect in map. One that changes direction and moves with the direction of the player character!

I've seen games with such a script, and would really appreciate if anyone could point me in the direction of the best one there is??
