Irock Hatch
So there's this hatch outside of Megaton that leads to an old bomb shelter. For some reason nobody has bothered picking the lock. You get to pick the lock and explore the place, or even make it your new home. The best part is, you get to learn about the person that previously lived there.

Oh and there's an overpowered 10mm pistol there.

That's pretty cool. I don't like itas much as the Vault in the museum of natural history, but a good start.
