Basic menu

Hey guys,

I am trying to get a really simple menu in the middle with a couple of options to select. And as I'm trying to figure out Ruby at the moment, I would like it if someone could help me.

I know this ain't really supposed to be here but it would be a good starting topic. And a helping hand.

What I need is a menu  that can be called upon with a simple script line, it will show options you can select like the build in selection screen. (Show Options)  But about 6 in a tall menu in the middle of the screen.

That's basically all I need.


I would appreciate it if anyone could help me start this simple thing up as I need a good example on Ruby, Credits will ofcourse be included in me and timeloops game.
