also, try drawing characters with short hair (all the hair looks the same), or perhaps with different styles of clothing (i.e. no overcoats) to get better with anatomy and face shape.
Lastly, I used to use gloves and pockets as a way to avoid drawing good fingers, not sure if that's what you're doing, but try hands without gloves.
also, looking closer at picture 2, the legs should be foreshortened and you probably should be seeing near the ankles on them, for the camera angle to be really accurate. she looks like she's halfway between leaning forward and standing straight up.
also, I'd clean up the lineart a bit before coloring, it looks messy
you're doing a lot of what I did a long time ago, except you're farther along in the coloring department than I was when I started switching things up
