You'll have to make or rip original graphics if you truly want to make it fully custom though.
Making adjustments here and there can be really useful fornew effects as well.

How do I change the title though?
Don't tell me to replace "title.png" with another file. It didn't work.

Uh, there's some guy selling a script for that for like $10 or something at RRR. Not peticularly worth it in my opinion. Other than that, I believe rpgmakervx.net has a script that plays .sfw which are flash files, but it requires some programs other than just RPG Maker VX.
