My game called for him, so I made him.

Subject to change, I don't really like something about this sprite, once I figure out what that is, I will post a newer version.

From scratch, I used another sprite and google image searched picture of reference to go off of.

I thought the body was a little small, pretty much the same thing though lol.

TSAH2 was extremely funny but I'm going to use his character off of Halo 3, 2: Halo 4: The movie (the title goes something like that)
