Hi! Sorry if this question is really old and already resolved, but I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere. I have recently "upgraded" to the payed version of RPGXP, from the original free translated version that was previously available. However, the only big difference that I have noticed is that in this version, you can no longer write on all four lines when performing the "Show Text" command. So now, if Iwant to have a character explain something in detail or just be long-winded, I can only write three lines of text before I have to open a new text window.

Two solutions would satisfy me: Either I could find a way to write on the forth line, or I could find a way to re-download the old RPGXP.

It's annoying, but you could use Batch Text Entry instead of regular Show Message - That will allow you to write four lines of text.

Any solution is good for me, even if it's tedious. I can get by with three lines most of the time. So, how do I go about the method you mentioned?

When you rightclick in the editor, there is an option to "Batch Text Entry". Click that.

Oh, neat! I had no idea you could do that! Thanks a lot!
