Window_Selectable Width Problem

I have a new Skill menu based on the MOG menu designs. Problem is, when I use a skill on a player then try to go back to that same actor (the one who used the skill), after leaving the skill scene I get a width error. It also happens if an actor is hurt some and then healed. I am not too sure what exactly the problem is. But here is the script:
