I'd re-open this project but I unfortunately lost both copies I had of the unencrypted game data. It's too bad really, I had done a lot on the game and it was never finished and never saw a single release =/

-edit For those few who downloaded the teaser's. Here's some information not previously released about the story

GoE2 Trailer #1...The little girl was the princess of a powerful kingdom at the time of the trailer, which was a flashback in the game. The boy was her childhood friend and he was forced to leave because the king had been corrupted by a great evil.
The man in the cape is a prophet who was showing you this to help you on your quest to assassinate the princess who had since been corrupted.
The boy later turned out to have joined the Imperial Kingdom of Solivia's volunteer unit that was formed after the crazed king started destroying the world by summoning great demons in an attempt to gain power.
He was one of the units to reach the castle's throne room, however it was too late, the demons were summoned and they were devouring the summoner's and the king. They then broke a hole in the wall and flew off to survey the land before they started an assault.
In the game's version of the flashback you are standing beside the prophet and talk to him as the vision continues

GoE2 Trailer #2...The main character is only shown in this one, winning the lottery (which was an already implemented feature in the game) with the number 28, and he chose that number because that was the age of his father the last time he was seen. In fact, he was actually killed at that age while trying to assassinate the corrupted king (over 10 years before he summoned the great demons). His father was the player from the first GoE which was planned to be revealed as the game progressed. The first town in GoE "Amirron" was actually the starting town again in GoE2 and was modeled similarly. The outlying area was also kept partially the same to keep the area in line with the original. Of course it was changed somewhat and it was updated (for example, the log border was gone).

I had pages and pages of storyline and game play ideas for GoE2
unfortunately I cannot find them at this moment, but if found I will post it

can't, I stated in a previous post, the project's data files are gone, and there is literally no way to retrieve it, as even in the trailers I deleted most of the data except what was needed to compress the size more if I was able to decrypt it, which I'm not able to do either way.
I wish I could bring this back, I really do =/
I'm just posting what I had previously unreleased because I can't continue the game
