    • Well if your willing to throw file capacity aside for a moment perhaps you could just buy a usb 2.0 case and put your old hard drive in it and keep all your files. A empty usb 2.0 hd enclosure is cheap as hell around 10-20 bucks.
    dealextreme.com has one for less i think with free shipping but if you need all that space go for the gusto I guess.
