RMRK Game Creation section

Currently under some reconstruction. Please bear with us while we tidy up some things. What has been done so far:

-Boards have been merged together (RPG Maker 2000, 2003, XP & VX Discussion as well as Game Creation General Chat)
-Project boards have been moved to their specific maker.
-Topics in Stencyl have been moved to the Other Programs board. Upon Stencyl's release, the board may be reinstated.
-Finished projects moved to a subforum of Projects Miscellaneous.
-Each maker has its own New Projects subforum.
-Team/Tester Recruitment is now the root of Projects Miscellaneous.

Finally, an update. I believe the staff reached a consensus and everything has been put in place... I think. I may have forgotten something. Please let me know if I forgot to do something.

Also, if anyone has a better name for the Frankenstein board that is Projects Miscellaneous, please suggest it.
