Played the original for the first time today! Got it on CD as a gift. Anyone else played this/own this?

And is there any way, at all, to get some sort of HUD, or health indicator, or SOMETHING?

EDIT: Got the hud. Was a window size (notice: not resolution) issue. What a stupid option...

I like Quake 3 and Quake 1
My friend has Quake 4 and he says that he cant play CTF and all in single player to practice..

i should try it someday.
