Action Replay(DS)

This a really annoying problem. But my action replay is not responding to the computer and when i installed the code manager software that should allow me to update action replay. The damn thing does nothing. I looked on the Codejunkies site and the say to install the software if it has a Exclamation mark next to the usb software. I have fucking clue what to do. All websites i check had problems with the codes disapearing and no information that im looking for.
