If this is in the wrong place.. move it

Bought a laptop in March.. stupid thing crashes constantly and becuase we bought a DELL I can't XP it.. voids the warranty.    Everytime it BSOD's and sends the report in I get a message that they are "working on the problem and will let me know as soon as they find a solution."  Well today a little bubble popped up telling me windows had found out what caused my problem.. click here..  I clicked and this is what it said:

why's it crashing? and has it always been doing it or did it start a month or so after you began using it?

No idea.. I get a different message everytime it crashes. And it started about 3 weeks after we bought it.
