Help with force command

Ive been trying to make a character use a earth spell by eventing, but it dosnt seem to be working, heres what i got so far.



I have it so that its using the force action thing but it still wont cast the spell.  Sorry if its some stupid mistake.

Laugh untill we cry,
Dance untill we die.

Does the character have the earth spell?
