    • Ok so this has happened since my brother got kicked out, it says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact your system administrator."
    wTf the admin on this computer gets the same message, only 3 user none can acces control panel or properties of resolotion or anything like that.
    "Son, where is the nearest wal-mart?"

    If you can even open that, settings in there are what is stopping you doing that stuff.
