I attempted at a fighting game using a HUD similar to this, and didn't need a script, just fancy eventing, to make it fill/deplete per hit, spell cast, etc, so you don't essentially need a script, it would just be easier.

The HUD graphic looks great.

I'm not so sure about the Timer though - the pictures do seem fairly large   And it's not a hard task at all to find out where to put them - all you'd need to do is go to the top left corner where they are in the pic right now and record the numbers it says. Anyway, that's a small thing and makes next to no difference - I just don't like seeing two sets of numbers with such little change between them.
