It is pretty impressive, I actually purchased a copy of Multimedia Fusion 2, but haven't done much with it. It's users seem to ficus on platformers mostly, and finding any useful information of generating an RPG is pretty slim. Plus, there's no built in architecture nor framework for developing an TRPG, so everything would have to be developed. Battling system, inventory, character advancement, etc... It wouldn't be for the faint of heart... In retrospect, it's very similiar to Torque's Game Builder (their 2d game engine)... I was also going to look at RPG Toolkit, which seems pretty feature rich, but it's community is pretty small, and there's not a whole lot of resources (tutorials & documentation specifically) for it...
