Can't install Rtp, help.

I downloaded the RM2k 1.05 and the RPG_RT off of Crankeye.
I installed the program but whenever I try to install the RTP this box comes up:
Run Time Package Non Trovate Installare RTPe.exe


...and then I can't do anything. Please help, I tried the hero name fix too but I still can't get it working.
