[RESOLVED] Making your character invisible

Is there any way to make your character invisible without events just on one map. Basically, in the intro for my current project, I want it to go straight to the pictures I've made, but instead, for a second, it shows the main character in the middle. Is there anyway around this?

Start the game out with no members in the party, then add the member after the intro is over.
