Yesterday when I turned off my computer, the Start menu bar (or taskbar) was at the bottom of the screen. Today when I turned it on it was on the right hand side of the screen. I tried to figure out how to put it back, but I couldn't find anything. Any ideas how to fix this?

Right click the taskbar and make sure 'Lock Taskbar' isn't checked.  Then you should be able to click and drag the taskbar to wherever you want it.  (top, bottom, right, left.)
