Most aren't worth crap, but if you look, you'll find some that may be good.

It's a huge list. At the bottom, there's a little bit of resource sites. (Not RPG Maker, mind you.)

It's helpful when you get bored of RPG Maker.

This is both a bump and a notice: There's one program in the newest additions part of that site called Engine001. I just tried it out and its actually kinda neat. It's like a graphically challenged RMXP but the default battle system is an Action Battle System. It also has vehicles. It seems like it could make a game like the old Grand Theft Autos pretty easily. I just thought I would point that one out.
