2 Questions

First of all i am pretty new to this rpg maker thing.

Question 1: How do i take away members from the group so i have to find the people to join my group? (Found out)

Question 2: How can i make a quest, like a guy is looking for an item?

1.Like event, change party remove/add member...damn search plz.
2.Just make a guy say what ya gotta get and then the player has ta get that to the guy then the quest is OVER!
