Alright, I would like the RMRK comune to have the first say in this, I have now got a list of features either; "Implanted, Awaiting Implanting or Idea" I would like you all to review them and tell me what you think, also please don't say one of them in not posible, because should I need to I have access to a now much more powerful engine, which I can revert back to if I need too.
Before you see them, let me tell you that the already inplanted features will be upgraded and remodeled throuout patches, which in its own is a feature. So here we go, the 2008 V1 features;
1. Touch-screen Compadible - Now I have access to making the game touch screen, I might post a video similar or a demo of this feature later, but for the time being I will mention that it has the ability to attack, go to menu's, sell, and type with the;AWAITING IMPLANTOn Board Keyboard - Now if you cannot use a keyboard you can use the onboard set, which will work exactly like a keyboard it will just be on screen, this works to some extent, also this cannot be active when a keyboard is input.IMPLANTEDRag-Doll Clothing/Weaponry - Ever wondered if this could be done efectivly without lag? or without using a lag-script? Well my project team(Thanks to Jamie) has made this possible using the new source engine we might be falling onto, This allows you to see your character change his/her armor and weapons, This will most likely be put in as a feature in a patch in a month or so.TESTINGCharacter Customisation - You are now in control of your characters' face, hair, skin color, emotions and such, you will be able to emote to other NPCs' and they will re-act, also your character can have a custom name, using a name script the AI will pick up on this and ajust to it.IMPLANTEDAll Lang. - Speak an lang. other than english? Well no problem with a script we put in and tested a week ago we can now have a translator inbedded into the text system, so other contrys' other than english speaking ones may install under a different lang. and enjoy the game without any hassle.IMPLANTED/TESTINGHacks/Cheats BanBot 0.1 - A bot we have placed into the game to stop any programs/hacks or exploits from being used, this will stop punks' who need to cheat to get ahead, this isn't an online game but cheats may still be possible due to their being no moderation. So we added this sublime program to stop punks.IMPLANTEDSkill Leveling 1-4 or (Untrained to Master) - Skills can now gain EXP through usage, once the ammount of skill points needed to level are gained the skill can be upgraded through the "Skills" tab in the character menu. Remember EXP is limited and gets harder to get as toy progress, it's advisitory just to pick 1-3 main weapons skills ans get the rest of the passive skills.TESTINGWeapon Modifications - With a mod script be have edited we can now mod weapons, so far we have a total of 8 (and a final of) weapon mod's, which I will mention soon. Modable weapons can have a maximum of 5 of each mod, spare the Silencer/Scope/Laser mods. At minimal level it will slighly increase the said stat, at maximum of 5, it will greatly increase.TESTING/IMPLANTING NOW- 1. Accuracy Mod - Increase weapons accuracy whilst firing.
- 2. Clip Mod - Increase the weapons Clip size, taking more ammo.
- 3. Silencer Mod - Silences the weapon attached to.
- 4. Scope Mod - Add's a scope to the weapon it's attached to.
- 5. Laser Mod - Allows the user to have laser sight on the weapon it's upraded into. Allowing much greater accuracy.
- 6. Range Mod - Increase the range in-which the projectiles will travel before being rendered useless.
- 7. Reload Mod - Decrease the time it takes to reload the weapon attached to.
- 8. Recoil Mod - Decrease the recoil when firing the weapon attached to.
