Anyway, yeah, it's the wrong forum. It's real home is in the advertising section. All advertising to either your site, or other sites, should always be posted in the advertising section. You also need a certian amount of post to post there(I think it's 30), or else, the topic will be deleted. But I see that you have the right amount of posts to post there, so that's good.
