Our old buddy arrow here can see IP addresses. IP addresses can locate your position, and that is from the moderator panel that says if two people are using the same IP address. And, so if I made a duplicate account named Irockman2, it would say

And since I haven't then it just says

The odds are against him, of course, but just making sure we don't jump to conclusions too quickly.  There is the possibility that he simply registered here after Domino and did not recognize his brother's alias.

I've been in situations where I was accused of creating multiple accounts due to siblings registering to the same forum.

It's possible that it's not domino, since I think the IP tracking traces similar IP range. It's even possible that he's using a public computer that Domino happened to have used. Whatever the case may be, we should just give him the benefit of the doubt since he isn't causing any trouble or anything. Besides, if it happens to NOT be Domino, then we're all being pretty damned rude to the new guy.

At any rate, a friggin' welcome topic is not the place to be arguing about this.
