[REQUEST] animated gif icon script, and seperate multiple armour equip

I need a way to put an animated gif as an icon in RMXP, I recall seeing a script like this, but the search engine doesn't like the word gif. So, link or post please, would appreciate it.
I also need a script that allows me to equip more than one peice of armour (Like two accessories instead of one), but have it be unlimited.
