Well on this midi (which of course doesn't have a name! lol) I am practicing strumming of a guitar. But I made a little song to go with it, and well it doesn't exactly sound complete but I am ok with that on this lol.
Well tell me what you think!

EDIT:
Just added another of my midis! :)

Nightwolf

Awesome work man, they both are supercool.

If i were actually making an RM game, i'd take them.
This is the sorta song which is cool on a good XP game.
yes rmxp lol

Awesome job
Arlen is hot.

Thanks Nightwolf!  ;D

And I just added retribution to the list! check it out!

Moss.

01 - Very, very interesting chord progression, but the melody at times is so anti-lyrical and spotty it kind of annoyed me. When the strings came in it was pretty sweet, though. Pretty sweet.

03 - Chord progression wasn't as awesome, this time, lol. vi IV V vi is really overused, in my opinion. the accompaniment makes it, though.  The melody was much better, here. Pretty sweet.

retribution - First part was really cool, but then it got to that first section change, and it I just couldn't see where you were going with it and it was a little awkward. Pretty sweet.

Well since this was one of my old topics, I hope no one minds that I necro-post this baby.

It occurred to me today that I never read the last post in this thread. That must be around one of the times I vanished into the real world portal dimension.

So thanks for the comments though arlen.

Man my music has grown so much since this (but it's still way better than my beginning years) But this is something I can come back to and appreciate.

I have twiddled around with  the melody from "03"  for quite a few years now and I just can't seem to bring it out into it's full potential. It has been one of my challenges. It's a strong melody but I could never back it up with a strong enough accompaniment or even develop it further. It's really the biggest creative block I have ever encountered.

But still, maybe this will help those looking for songs for their games (by necroposting) So if you want to use them, go ahead just be sure to credit the author (aka ME) Or else I am sending post apocalyptic aliens from the future to abduct you.
