Okai. So rly. I will give short version for folks who do not like long things with polls:

Kashii's Car= Parked.
Tire=Boot.
Kashii = Changed tire.
Kashii = Drives away.
Kashii = notices blood on hands.

:note: you cant see this on the paper thinger but it say: Fee increased $20.00 per 12 hour period the boot remains on the vehicle after the first 24 hours. Tampering with the boot or attempting to remove from the vehicle in any way will result in a minimum fee of $100.00 for each boot. // Also red says : Removing, attempting to remove or damaging the boots is a crime and punishable by law. // thank you come again.

Get sick of the boot and drop it off on the departments doorstep

The most logical thing is to leave the boot in the deparment's doorstep.
And the most illogical is tetanus.

It's possibly the best solution for YOU, but it won't be pretty when you're caught...

Eh, They called me three times at 3:30am ; ; and left a voice message saying I had 15 minutes to call them back or they'd report the boot stolen.

I paid them $170 because changing the tire still = Tampering. IMO MY car I can change my tire if I want >:

Also, I am going today to see about getting a flyer from the owners that has the rules for visitors. Basicly if it fails to have 2 things onnit, I will be taking them to court ~ This all makes Kashii's head hurt and make her not happy, which isnt good.
