Transform problems

ok,i have everything down right except that when my main char transforms,he is replaced with other things,ie:he becomes back of party,even when i revert.how can i  fix this?

I understood a little but plz be more clear

My main character can transform into a phoenix.
i made it balance out lvs and everything,and i made it work perfectly,but the flaw is that,(say 1 is main char,2,3,4,are support chars)

it starts-1 2 3 4
after transformed,permanently-
2 3 4 1
how do i make summon replace main char in 1ST slot?

I have not tested this, but after the transformation:

Remove, then Add char 2
Remove, then Add char 3
Remove, then Add char 4

Now I think it should be 1 2 3 4.

how do i tell it to remove/add that slotted character,normally it asks for a name...

but that MAY work...

the name is wat character u want to change
