In which CBS's don't you need battlers, only charsets?

Well.....i can't really describe it more than the title. I know the Tactical battle system by that guy with the Darth Wader avatar (Yep, that sounds very foggy) can't remember his name.

Are there any others?


PS: Not even for some ATB's where you need animations of the character with a sword/hits/being hitted etc. Only normal charsets.

I have a side view CBS laying around somewhere that only requires charsets

Yes, I'm thinking of the one Namkcor has. Also, if you want an action battle system, there is Blizz ABS.
