    • Well, i'm not sure what I did, but i tried copying + pasting another skill from another game and it worked. Just, that, i'm not certain that is what solved the problem.

    I think it was just my "magic learning" system that screwed everything up.

    • I don't use 2k3, but in XP there is a usage option, which you set to one of three things: Only In Battle, Only from Menu, Always. Perhaps the skill is set to Only from Menu?

    • Try this: Copy it to a new slot

    It's an unseen error you cant do anything about, but this solves it. I had to do it for four of my skills.

    • In RPG Maker 2000,,I had sort of the same error.  Copying/Pasting the spell didn't work either.   What did it for me was that I actually copied/pasted the HERO to a new slot,,and used that new hero instead.

    • Also,  not really sure if this affects anything, but the characters seem to run of the "default battle commands" rather than their "class commands"
