Help with tilesets

Ok. I was looking on the forums, and I saw Dwarra post the "Ultimatechipset" which it is. But, if I wanted that, what do I do? I saved the images to my desktop, then cut/pasted them into the RMXP chipse file, but when im making my map, it doesn't appear, any help?
