).
A door is far too simple for this being a good idea. I can see your idea though. Just calling the common event waiting for it to finish.
Instead of manually selecting the graphics I would suggest [
Left,
Right,
Up].
That's the structure the RTP graphics are using for the opening sequence.
About your tutorial:
It's confusing. There's too many fall-outs (places where you can misunderstand what you should do).
It took me a while before understanding what you wanted people to do.
You should have used pictures instead. It would be easier explaining the door tutorial with a picture of the door event and the common event.
@Neko A good plain old door. You don't need the '
Turn Down', the second command on the
Set Move Route.
