Hi there. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, but I don't see anywhere else to put it.
My name's Claire and I have this project going. It already has several members and I've created a forum so that we can all keep in touch and post ideas and stuff. However, what we really need is a scripter to join our cause. The main reason for this is because I would obviously like this game to be as original as possible, and in order to do this I would like some form of custom battle system and also a custom menu. I've seen plenty of these online available for download but would prefer something unique. However, this doesn't mean everything has to be created from scratch - if you have the know-how, I wouldn't mind if you used the basics of someone else's work and simply edited it (proper credit given where necessary, of course). I was also looking into having random voices (FFX-2 style) in the battle system and a Suikoden-esque full scale war system, among other things.
Is there anyone out there who could lend my humble project a helping hand?
I'd give you screenshots and stuff but nothing has actually been created yet. My team is in the process of analysing the story and editing/improving it, creating original sprites, writing music etc. As you can see the key word here is originality.
