This sounds fun. I will try and make a project for this. Can the title of the game be anything you want?

lost

Yes it can be anything you want, just as long as it does not pertain to a franchise, television series or book. Example: Joey's Star Trek Adventure :: Rummy's Brawl with Peter Griffen :: Froto and the Hallloween Pumpkin of Evil.

As a TIMED competition of your own talents and abilities... you would not want to employ someone else's scripts or something that was done without the constraints of time.

I tested the script, and I'm in the credits, does that count?

The Shadow

Then, I can't use an AMS  :(

Nah, it's okay. An Only RTP game is not difficult to do.

lost

After October 31st, you can integrate scripts into your games. However, for the judging, no scripts that you did not make yourself.

Then, this contest is gonna help me to build up my scripting skills.

Can I use a script I have previously written?

Also, can you use generated characters?

Technically you cannot use a script you have previously used, but you can create a new script that looks like it.

Nope, no generated characters, this is supposed to be YOU AND YOUR TALENTS & SKILLS which is what makes this a contest. I'm beginning to rethink even using scripts and added in graphics.

You can use a style that is like Narumara's battlers. Not that I know what they are. However, you yourself must make the battlers. Like I said in the statement earlier this is supposed to be YOU AND YOUR TALENTS & SKILLS which is what makes this a contest.

Now to go update the rules to clarify them more to prevent questions.

Kokowam

I'm dropping out. I'm using arl's music (lol) and it's just... bleh. Whatever. Also, I want to use other scripts and crap. ALSO! Maia seems to be back.

modern algebra

Ah, it's going along, though RTP is kind of limiting in what I want to do. But, hopefully it will come together nicely.

Irock

I'm afraid to announce, I must drop out. I can't just use RTP. I need custom scripts, music, sprites, and other important stuff. It's just not going to work for me ._.

modern algebra

It wouldn't be hard to make the game RTP and then implement all that stuff for the version post-contest

Irock

It would be easy, but I wouldn't enjoy making the game as much.
