Google, wiki, etc~

If you can't find out such a simple thing by yourself, how do you expect to be able to make a game?

You're just after names right? That's all I could really get from your discription, really what's so hard about this: Broadsword, Katana, Cutless, Bastard Sword, Rapier, Saber, Scimitar, Baselard, Shamshir, Zweihander, Claymore? All off the top of my head.

I've even got some legendary swords in there: Arondight, Durendal, Excalibur, Joyeuse, Gram, Masamune, Misamasa, Zulfiqar.

It's not that hard to look.

Longsword, Bastard sword (hilt is long enough for two hands but sword itself is a one-hand sword), Rapier, Claymore (ever seen Braveheart?  big two-handed sword about five feet long), Scimitar, Estoc, Falcata, Gladius, Saber, Schiavona, Backsword, Side-sword, Falchion...

whee, all from memory.  THink I forgot a few...
