Blizz's ABS?

I want to use his ABS from his site, but when I download it the instructions are in .pdf format, and it says it's a damaged file and won't open, would anyone be able to give me a text version of the file or a working version? Thanks in advance.

You have an old version of adobe reader. Download the new one (I believe its v7)
