I became an Aunty a few months, or possibly a year back. It's a shame I don't like children, in that way.

You guys are old... Anyways, my girlfriend will probably be an aunt in about... an year or so and I have a friend who is an aunt.

I don't like children until they're socially coherent, and aren't just a fat mass of fatness that can't do anything but cry and crap/throw up all over you.


But yeah, we don't know if it's a boy or a girl. My sister broke the news to my mom by sending her a shirt that says "grandma" on it, haha.
So that's really all we know right now.

I thought it took 8 months for a baby to be born...<_<;

Well, it varies. >_> The baby won't be like "Okay, it's exactly 7 months since my parents had sex. Time to get out."

Uh, actually, no it doesn't.

Well, okay, maybe it varies by, like ... a week, but generally, it's 9 months for, well, EVERYBODY, unless the baby is born prematurely or there's some complication.

My friend is also uncle. His brother is 45, and he's 18, and his brother has a 9 year old son.

They have the same father, but not the same mother.
